This is a beautiful villa situated just below Mijas Pueblo, in fact, you can walk from the house to the village. Built on a large plot offering lots of privacy and tranquillity, the original house dates back to 1998 but has been totally renovated in 2018.

INTRODUCING THE PROPERTY.
Mijas is one of the most charming towns on the Costa del Sol. It has a part of its life in the mountains, and another urban nucleus on the coast. It is known for the large number of foreigners who live there on a regular basis and who are fully integrated into the life of the town. It is an Andalusian village, white, quiet, safe and with cheaper prices for services than its neighbouring municipalities.

EXTERIOR.
The south orientation of the villa allows it to have spectacular panoramic views to the sea and the Mediterranean coast. It has several terraces and some of them lead directly to the swimming pool. It also enjoys marvellous gardens, very well kept, with fruit trees already developed.

INTERIOR.
On entering the villa there is a large entrance hall, followed by a spacious living-dining room with a beautiful fireplace. The kitchen is open plan and has a comfortable breakfast nook. The bedrooms are en suite and the master bedroom has a dressing room.

On the ground floor there is a second living room with bar area, entertainment and wine cellar. There is an area for staff quarters. The guest house has a living room, fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, one with a mezzanine, and three bathrooms.
