Description

The best of three worlds: Driving off the coast road leaving the hustle and bustle of the city and beach life behind, you make your way a long a road where in front of you are mountains and in a short time a feel of the countryside and within fifteen minutes you arrive at a small Pueblo called Benahavis where white houses nestle in the side of the mountain and probably one of the few typical Spanish villages that still exist close to the sea.
Benahavis is famous for its Gourmet restaurants, local hospitality and pretty drive along colour of flowers and trees, always immaculately clean, as your eyes are refreshed by the small Castle bursting with a cascading waterfall at the entrance of the village.
As we continue up the road the magnificent mountain and green forestall views are in front of us. The hills and sea below us the openness of the blue skies above, the air so clean and pure.
We have reached home uninterrupted views 360 deg of the coast from Cabo Pino, Marbella to Gibraltar and Morocco and to the North West the mountain range towards Rhonda.
The great Monte Mayor sits majestically in view.
We enter to the property through an automated gate, driving up to the house we see many palm and colourful trees, large Casares stones as walls parade the road until we pass another double automated gate and then surrounding us are a mass of colour Roses, Bougainville, Wisteria, Birds of Paradise and exotic palms, an olive tree of over 100 years old stands proudly in the centre. The sound of trickling water from the many fountains and the castles cascading water fall with Koi fish below.
As we enter the main house, built to a very high quality approximately 16 years ago.
The flooring is of natural Marble with underfloor heating, the wood on the upper floors were imported from Scandinavia, all windows and outer doors are of the highest standard and double glazed. The whole house has been solidly built with every circumstance in mind including a lift.
From the hallway we go through a pair of antique Andalucian doors to a lounge/salon with a high wood beamed ceiling making it a pleasurable contrast against the white walls. The high ceiling giving the room an airy open feel, whereby the large marble open fireplace brings the room together making it a cosy relaxing room. Large windows look out to a patio and paved pool area from where you can see Gibraltar and Morocco.
Adjacent to the lounge are sliding doors to an equally large dining room, easily seating 12-16 people. From the dining area there are beautiful views of the Marbella coast. Continuing through a pair of swing doors you enter the kitchen with its central island, light teak and chrome appliances from which you access a Utility room and food larder, again panoramic views of the Marbella coastline.
There are two ensuite guest bedrooms and a sauna on the ground floor, both having their own patios onto the garden.
Going up to the second floor there are three more bedrooms/dressing room all ensuite with their own patios and sumptuous views. On this floor is a fantastic chill out room with a wooden floor , open fireplace large windows with views of Gibraltar and the coast, making it perfect for Yoga or a gym.
Leaving the main house to the infinity pool area colourful roses and yellow bell flower trees pave the sides as you take the pebbled steps to the independent changing room, shower and toilets, perfect for when entertaining and large parties of at least 200 guests. In the same location there is a seated area a quiet viewpoint which looks over the Marbella club, Marbella and the coast to Gibraltar and Morocco, perfect for a writer, reader or an artist to contemplate their next challenge.
Peace and tranquillity, where one can occasionally see a magnificent Eagle or falcon cruising from mountain to mountain.
As we exit this part, we go through a double gate to the rest of the 70,000 sq. metres of land all fenced, where there are various fruit trees: Apples, Lemons ,kum kwats, Plums, Grapes, Peaches etc.
There is also large outside professional kitchen fully fitted(a must for entertaining)positioned at the side.
Also on this part of the property is a large Helipad, with all the necessary equipment.
