On the 12th of December, our Costa del Sol - Christie's International Real Estate executives disembarked in London in the spirit of Christmas and collaboration to attend Christie's International Real Estate's annual Christmas party. Our Managing Director, Hans Veenhuijsen, and our Marketing Director, Carmen de Arriaga, were at this elegant party at Christie's London headquarters.

They brought back great sensations. On the one hand, the reaffirmation of the strong real estate network that Christie's International Real Estate represents and, on the other hand, the establishment of good relations with some head offices, specifically those of Estonia, London, and Dubai.

A very international business and Christmas party

In addition to the host, the United Kingdom, almost fifty Christie's real estate offices from across the world attended the event. The aim was to strengthen the ties between the firm's extensive network of approximately 900 offices around the world. Representatives from the United States, Italy, Dubai, France, Belgium, India, Morocco, Portugal, Malta, Greece, Holland, Serbia, Croatia, Germany, Ireland, Switzerland, and Austria, among others, attended this Christmas-flavoured business meeting.

From Spain, delegates attended from Mallorca and, of course, Marbella-Malaga, two of the most important luxury real estate locations in Southern Europe. Some companies interested in becoming part of the Christie's big family attended this multicultural meeting as invitees, even though they are not yet official members. This was the case, for example, of agents who came from Luxembourg.

London headquarters was the great host

The London head office organised an interesting programme for this Christie's Christmas&Networking party. The doors opened at five o'clock in the afternoon and half an hour later a tour of the British auction house followed. Then, Mike Golden and Helena De Forton delivered a welcoming speech to the guests, followed by a wonderful banquet at around 7 p.m., where the guests enjoyed a lively conversation.
